Interactive Deliverable

Don't just see the site. Explore it.

We deliver interactive maps and 3D models you can open in any browser — pan, orbit, zoom, and take measurements against real, survey-grade deliverables. It's the difference between a stack of photos and standing on the site. Few scene reconstruction firms stand behind an explorable, measurable model with this level of rigor, backed by experienced investigators. Explore a live map and model here.

Capabilities

Everything we capture, measure, and model.

Orthomosaic Mapping

Stitched, georeferenced 2D maps with survey-grade accuracy — far more detailed and current than satellite imagery like Google Maps, and built for real measurement, planning, and records.

3D Modeling

Using photogrammetry and gaussian splatting, we create point clouds and meshes to generate immersive 3D models of a site or scene.

Volumetrics

Stockpile, cut-and-fill, and earthwork volume calculations with documented methodology.

Forensic Documentation

Scene and evidence capture built for admissibility and testimony — plus traditional, professional photo and video.

Progress Monitoring

Recurring flights that track a project over time with consistent, comparable, time-stamped records.

Photo & Video

Documentary-style aerial and ground photography and video — an honest, high-quality record of projects, places, and select creative work.

Common Questions

What clients ask first.

What areas do you serve?
We operate throughout Oregon's Willamette Valley — including Portland, Salem, Corvallis, Albany, and Eugene — and will travel beyond for the right projects. We plan flights around local conditions, with an awareness of airspace and environment.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Our pilots hold FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificates, the practice is led by a licensed Oregon private investigator, and we carry commercial liability insurance.
What makes your documentation courtroom-ready?
Every forensic engagement is captured with a documented, repeatable workflow by a licensed investigator who can testify to it — we record our process, preserve original data, and can explain our methodology on the stand. We use Pix4D for mapping and reconstruction; it's an industry standard, and our lead holds a Pix4D certification.
Are you an approved provider with the Oregon Public Defense Commission (OPDC)?
Yes, we've been an approved OPDC provider since 2022. We are happy to assist the public defense community and will provide all necessary information for your funding request.
How do I get a quote?
Send us the site location, project type, and deliverables you need. We respond with a scoped, written quote — no vague ranges. Most projects can be scheduled within days of approval.

Have a site that needs documenting?

Tell us the location, the project, and the deliverables you need. You'll get a clear, written quote — not a vague range.
